Very bad experience with these guys, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTThey refuse to admit having sold me a 700$ defected part, my mechanic went there several times to get a refund after figuring out that the part was already unsuitable (inlet manifold was cracked).They wanted him to fit it anyway and refund part and labour if their part would be leaking, after it their part as predicted by my mechanic was leaking again, on a 5hours job.After four attempts their miraculously accept to refund that deflectable part, took two week to be refunded....without the 10hours labour wasted for it...I'm usually avoiding giving my opinion when it is bad, this time these guys deserve to be famous for their lack of competency and sense of business.AVOID THEM !

Sells you faulty stuff and then won’t return your money. They are just trying to rip people off.I had brought some side skirts in the past, which I took to a panel beater and he couldn’t use them as all the tab had been broken when they had taken them off the donor car. Then recently I decided to give them a second chance and grab an alternator off them. On purchase I was told that it had been tested and was in working condition. I then get it installed for the car to still not start, I get rac to come out and they tell me the alternator is dead. I then return the alternator and they tell me that because it was cleaner looking they thought it would work. They then hand me over this alternator that is covered in engine oil which I shouldn’t of taken but they tell me it’s definitely working. Once again it gets installed and won’t start. I get rac out again and get told the alternator is dead. I then had buy a brand new alternator and fit that. I go to return it and they trying to tell me the first alternator wasn’t the one they sold me, which it was and they had taken it the first time. They’re just looking for an way to rip people off. I would recommend looking elsewhere to get your parts as they sell parts that ain’t useable.

Justin is super busy, his phone goes off, non stop and people visiting him, even on a weekday.Yesterday morning I went to buy parts for my 21yo car. Customer service is fantastic. Fair pricing. Amazing human being!I highly recommend this place. Not intimidating at all.

I bought parts on a recommendation only to find they sold me parts for the wrong model. Also wouldn't refund, only credit.

I literally contacted 20+ different Perth wreckers for offers on my unregistered vehicle as this was my first time dealing with wreckers and I really didn't feel confident. AWA Maddington came in with the highest offer by far with no messing around. They couldn't have made it easier. I've never written a review before but had to because I'm so pleased and amazed with their friendly, professional service. Don't waste hours of your life looking elsewhere. Just go straight to this mob. They're AWESOME!

Amazing customer service, straight to the point and very efficient. I called few wreckers before them and they not only gave me the best price but also the best service. The receptionist was so lovely, accomodating and efficient, same as the truck driver. Very honest and professional business! Absolutely recommend!

These guys helped when no others would. I needed a small part off a pump Nd they went out of their way to help me out when nobody else would. The service was great. It's good to know there are places like this out there that will actually help find the correct part for you, at a good fair price. Thanks heaps.
